There’s one reason why Samsung is on the top of the smartphone game. One of the big reason is that it caters to all market segments. From the high end to all the way down to budget phones, Samsung has got it all set up. And so, to expand its mid-range segment, the company is all set to launch the Samsung Galaxy J6 2018 in a few days. While the Galaxy J6 will land in Europe on May 21, the company plans to release the smartphone just the following day in India on 22nd of May.
The best feature of the Samsung Galaxy J6 2018 is Samsung’s Infinity Display. The Infinity Display has been something that was only earlier seen on their flagship Note series and S series of smartphones.
The Galaxy J6 will be the first mid-range to sport the Infinity display, with an HD+ screen size of 5.6″. At a resolution of 720 x 1480 and AMOLED screen, this should be a good enough for most folks. However, it would have been great if the company has incorporated a Full HD+ resolution.
Talking about what powers this phone, it’s a Samsung’s home-grown Octa-core Exynos 7870 chipset with options of either 2 GB, 3 GB or 4 GB RAM of RAM. Users will also have a choice between the 32 GB and 64 GB storage options. The Galaxy J6 2018 will feature a 13 MP rear camera and an 8 MP front shooter. In addition, Samsung also revealed that the handset will feature Dolby Atmos audio and Facial Recognition as well. I very much want to see how that’s going to work for a mid-range device. And personally, I think the one with a 3 GB RAM option is the best choice, considering its excellent Exynos SoC.
The Samsung Galaxy J6 2018 will be available for €250 in the European markets which could be anywhere around 15000 to 18000 in India. And after its launch in India, there won’t be much waiting time for its arrival in Nepal either.
We can expect the Galaxy J6 2018 to hit the shelves in Nepal by the end of next month. What do you think of the Samsung Galaxy J6? Do let us know in the comments section down below. Stay with us for more news and information.
