Sony WH-1000XM4 Headphone Price in Nepal

Sony has officially launched the Sony WH-1000XM4 active noise-canceling headphones in Nepal. This flagship Sony headphone was launched earlier in August and is entering the Nepalese market just now. The official price of Sony WH-1000XM4 in Nepal is Rs. 54,000. This makes it one of the most expensive headphones you can buy in Nepal.

For those who are not aware, the Sony WH-1000XM4 competes with the Bose Quiet Comfort(QC) 35 II headphone. While Rs. 50,000+ on a headphone may sound excessive, just know that there is a consumer base who are willing to spend this amount of money on a headphone.

As the name of the headphone suggests, the Sony WH-1000XM4 is really good at cancelling the ambient sound. So, if you are a person who travels a lot and don’t want to be bothered by outside noise, this headphone will certainly be a bliss for you.

Sound quality of Sony WH-1000XM4 headphone

At this price, you do expect excellent sound quality from any headphone. Fortunately, the Sony doesn’t disappoint. The WH-1000XM4 has a very balanced sound profile. However, if you are looking for a boomy sound experience, you can also tweak the audio profile accordingly using the mobile app. The headphone is a closed top dynamic headphone with a 1.57″ driver.

Using the QN1 processor on board, the headphone is able to cancel out most of the background noise. However, if you want the sound to filter through, there’s also an option to do that.

Battery life

One of the reasons to get a full-fledged headphone instead of TWS earphones like Airpods is the excellent battery life on larger headphones. With the WH-1000XM4, you get a whopping 38hours of music playback without Noise Cancellation On and 30hours of music playback with NC off. Either way, you don’t have to worry about the battery life on this headphone.

Chanrging, no the other hand, isn’t very fast. The headphone takes around 3 hours to fully-charge.
